Pet Talk

The Adams County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) is a non-profit organization that will provide shelter and care for lost, abandoned and abused animals, investigate and prosecute cruelty offenders, help control animal overpopulation and educate the community about spay/neuter programs, animal wellness and safety.

Serving Adams County since April 30,1976, the Adams County SPCA provides vital services to animals and people alike through sheltering and adopting animals, providing positive reinforcement behavior training for adoptable animals and for owned animals through public training classes, investigating animal cruelty and neglect, providing adult and youth education, and rescuing animals in emergency situations.

Pet Talk is an inside look at the Adams County SPCA. Staff and volunteers of the shelter introduce you to pets available for adoption and discuss animal related topic concerning our community.
