Finance and Personnel Committee – Mr. Roland
1. Consideration of a motion to approve the recommendation of the Finance Director for the
2023 Budget Directive.
2. Consideration of a motion to approve the replacement hire for the Assistant Borough
Treasurer position.
3. Consideration of a motion to approve Resolution 1352 to amend the salary of the
Administrative Assistant to the Public Works Director to $52,026.00, plus 10% longevity for
a total salary of $57,228.60.
4. Consideration of a motion to approve an additional $2.00 per hour effective July 5th for the
Administrative Assistant to the Public Works Director to perform accounts payable functions
in the absence of the Asst. Borough Treasurer for a period not to exceed six months.
Department of Planning and Engineering – Mr. Hegberg
1. Consideration of a motion to approve the advertisement of an ordinance relating to
abandoned or junked vehicles.
Public Works & Facilities Committee – Mr. Kress
1. Consideration of motion to approve the Architectural and Engineering Contract with Buchart
Horn for the proposed North Street – Public Administration / Public Safety Facility in an
amount not to exceed $48,400.
2. Consideration of a motion to approve the Architectural and Engineering Contract with
Buchart Horn for the proposed Cougar Drive Extended Public Works/Water Resources
Campus in an amount not to exceed $60,400.
3. Consideration of a motion to approve the award for the Transfer Station Hauling Bid to
Double W Farms, LLC in the amount of $220.00 per load.
Public Safety Committee – Mr. Lockard
1. Consideration of a motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2327 amending Chapter 248 of the
Hanover Borough Code for the control of noise.
Department of Water Resources – Mr. Kress
1. Consideration of a motion to approve the award of the bid for the 2022 Water Main
Replacement Project to EK Services, Inc. at a cost of $1,332,548.32.

2. Consideration of a motion to approve the COSTARS contract for the 2022/2023 Water
Main Cleaning/Lining Contract to J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc. in the amount of
$945,738.52.
Economic Development Committee – Mr. Hegberg
1. Consideration of a motion to approve the contract with THA Consulting, Inc. for the Parking
Demand Study at a cost of $45,900 to be funded through the Capital Projects Fund.
