Approve advertisement of an ordinance for loading zone with 20 minute
time limit.

a. KC Construction: Approve settlement agreement and change order in the
amount of $71,000 for Sheppard Myers Dam Rehabilitation
9. Parks & Recreation
a. Kayak/Canoe/Non-Gasoline Aquatic Rentals: Approve agreement with
Susquehanna Outfitters for Long Arm and Sheppard Myers reservoirs
10. Public Works & Facilities
a. Recycling Ordinance – Approve advertisement of ordinance to add
additional wording for high grade office paper
