1. Consideration of a motion approving the following board appointments:
a. Alternate Member of Hanover Borough Zoning Hearing Board: Gerald Funke to
fulfill unexpired term until December 31, 2025
b. Recreation Board Member: Shane Henderson to fulfill unexpired term until
December 31, 2026
Public Works & Facilities Committee – Mr. Roland
1. Consideration of a motion approving Ordinance No. 2367 amending the recycling ordinance
with the additional wording for high grade office paper.
2. Consideration of a motion to authorize a legal advertisement for an online vehicle and
equipment sale through Municibid auction for the following items:
• 1994 Ferris Mower
• 2000 Ferris Mower
• 2013 Ford Taurus Police Interceptor
• 2007 Mack Refuse Truck
• 1999 Spec Tee Trailer
• 1987 Ford Tractor (Snow blower attachment)
• Various Playground equipment pieces (will be listed individually in the resolution)
3. Consideration of a motion to authorize purchase of a 2024 Hustler Zero-Turn mower in the
amount of $14,438 to be funded by vehicle acquisition savings that was previously budgeted.
Public Safety Committee – Mr. Fuentes
1. Consideration of a motion approving Ordinance No. 2368 amending Chapter 346-1 –
Paragraph C of the Code of Ordinances of The Borough of Hanover entitled, “Streets and
alleys in which parking is restricted. Parking is restricted in the following streets and alleys in
the manner hereinafter provided,” shall be amended to include the following items:

and to a point 94 feet south of Bank Lane a distance of 44 feet
southwardly toward Broadway, except for loading and

of 90 feet to a point 130 feet northwardly from East Chestnut
Street for a distance of 40 feet for loading and unloading only
with maximum time limit of 20 minutes

2. Consideration of a motion approving Ordinance No. 2369 amending, supplementing and
replacing the Rental Property Ordinance of the Borough of Hanover, Ordinance No. 1796
enacted December 19, 1984.
