New building construction of a 7-story mixed use building along Carlise and Railroad; and residential
townhouse construction along Stratton Street on empty lot across from public parking garage. Concept
review for proposed construction.
B. COA 24-0067 MAJOR PROJECT – 155 S. Washington Street – Noah Rubria
Replacement of porch from wood to composite, decking, railings and columns.
C. COA 24-0075 MAJOR PROJECT – 29 W. Middle Street – Erika James LLC
Replace six historic wood windows with Provia double pane vinyl windows.
D. COA 24-0077 MAJOR PROJECT – 428; 430-432 S. Washington Street – WellSpan Properties INC
Demolition of two residential structures including removal of basements. This property will be donated to
Habitat for Humanity for the re-construction of two new buildings creating 3 total residential units.
