Consideration of a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2373 amending the wastewater pretreatment limits as approved by the Environmental Protection Agency. Finance & Personnel Committee – Mr. Kress 1. Consideration of a motion to ratify the following Building Construction Change Order Updates for the 33 Frederick Street project: i. Change Order No. 2: $2,276.00 for removal of wall to relocate existing plumbing vent line ii. Change Order No. 3: $2,896.00 for relocation of panel box including drywall and electrical iii. Change Order No. 5: $12,360.00 for upgrade of HVAC rooftop units to new industry standard. iv. Change Order No. 6: $3,236.00 for demo of existing bulkhead to accommodate new ductwork v. Change Order No. 7: ($8,585.00) for deletion of fireproofing below secure storage room 2. Consideration of a motion to appoint Matthew Purkins as the Interim Library Director and to approve a stipend of $1,000 per month until the Library Director position is permanently filled. 3. Consideration of a motion to approve Resolution No.1420 to apply for funding through the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) for the Main Street Matters Grant for the 33 and 44 Frederick Street Streetscape/Parking Lot Improvement Project in an amount not to exceed $350,000 with a 50% match split equally from parking meter revenue and Stormwater Authority funds.
