A. COA 24-0078 MAJOR PROJECT –108 N. Stratton Street – Gettysburg Station * 501 Richardson Acquistion LLC
New construction of three buildings on the redevelopment site; a 3-story building fronting on Carlist Street; a
7-story mixed use building on the interior of the lot; and 3 story townhouse building facing on N. Stratton
Street. Design concept review for proposed construction.
B. COA 24-0076 MAJOR PROJECT – 14 Lincoln Square – House of Bender
Remove all current siding and rotted wood on the back side of building to include historic metal panels.
Install vinyl siding over all materials except the brick portion. The brick portion will be sealed with a clear
coat. House wrap as needed; install exterior trim on windows, doors or any features needed outside.
Fabricate fascia metal and install on home. Install vented soffit, install new 5” gutters and downspouts.
C. COA 24-0065 MAJOR PROJECT – 155 S. Washington Street – Noah Rubria
Replacement of porch from wood to composite, decking, railings and columns.
D. COA 24-0075 MAJOR PROJECT – 29 W. Middle Street – Erika James LLC
Replace six historic wood windows with Provia double pane vinyl windows.
E. COA 24-0058 MAJOR PROJECT – 255 S. Washington Street – Richard Bregrenzer
NOV removal of # historic windows, roof and door without permits. Remanded by Council on September 9,
2024 back to HARB for re-review.

F. COA 24-0094 MAJOR PROJECT – 217 N. Stratton Street – Katherine Crandall
Two story, 10-foot-deep addition to the rear of the existing residence.
G. COA 24-0095 MAJOR PROJECT – 64 West Middle Street – Jodi Aime
Restoration from fire damage. To allow the replacement of severely damaged front windows (third floor)
with historic windows from the east and west side of the building. Replacement windows on the west side to
be used as needed.
H. COA 24-0093 MAJOR PROJECT – 150 Carlislie Street – City Mart, 150 Carlislie ST LLC
City Mart Building exterior renovation and second floor addition of the rear of the building and removal of
existing rear shed. Remodel basement stairs. The front portion metal panels will be washed and restored.
