A motion to authorize Gettysburg Borough Storm Water Authority staff to
prepare and issue letters to mortgagees of record informing the relevant
mortgagees that stormwater accounts on the respective mortgaged properties
have remained unpaid for a period of five years or more.

A motion to adopt Resolution No. 040824‐1, appropriating $230,000 toward
construction of the Gettysburg Inner Loop (GIL) Phase B2(B).
IX. New Business
A. Pennsylvania Local Government Investment Trust (PLGIT) Gable
A motion to adopt Resolution No. 040824‐2, authorizing the Gettysburg
Borough Storm Water Authority to invest reserve funds with the Pennsylvania
Local Government Investment Trust.
B. Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies Gable
A motion to authorize the execution of a reimbursement agreement with Main
Street Gettysburg, Inc. by which the Gettysburg Borough Storm Water
Authority will receive lobbying and public affairssupport from Cozen O’Connor
Public Strategies, with Main Street Gettysburg, Inc. disbursing all payments
owed to Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies and Gettysburg Borough Storm
Water Authority reimbursing Main Street Gettysburg, Inc. in the amount of
$2,000 per month on an ongoing basis until such time as the arrangement
between Main Street Gettysburg, Inc. and Cozen O’Connor Public Strategies is
terminated by either party.
C. Highland & Lincoln Avenues Storm Sewer Televising Clabaugh
A motion to approve a contract with Utility Services Group (USG) in the
amount of $11,450 for the televising of storm sewers on Highland and Lincoln
Avenues. Charles R. Gable, MPA, Borough Manger, is hereby authorized to
execute the contract on behalf of the Gettysburg Borough Storm Water
Authority.
