A motion to award Contract No. 1 – Bid Items 2 through 7, excluding Item No. 1 for
the 2023 Street Preservation Project to the lowest responsive qualified and
responsible bidder, Martin Paving, Inc.
A motion to approve Work Directive Change No. 1, removing 6,990 sq. yds. of
Bituminous Surface Treatment and adding 6,990 sq. yds. of Single Sized Chip Seal,
contingent on the execution of the contract with Martin Paving, Inc. for the 2023
Street Preservation Project.
A motion to award Contract No. 2 – Bid Items 1, 2, 4, 7, excluding item Nos. 3, 5, and
6 for the 2023 Street Improvements Project to the lowest responsive qualified and
responsible bidder, JVI Group, Inc.
