A motion to approve the Memorandum of Understanding for Construction
Work on Gettysburg Inner Loop Phase B2(B) between the Gettysburg
Municipal Authority, The Gettysburg Borough Storm Water Authority, and
the Borough of Gettysburg, pertaining to the reimbursement by the
Gettysburg Borough Storm Water Authority of construction expenses
associated with stormwater components of the project, with such approval
of the Memorandum of Understanding being contingent upon the separate
approval of the Memorandum of Understanding by the other parties thereto.
