Motion to approve the Memorandum of Understanding, dated June 12th, 2023,
between the Gettysburg Borough Storm Water Authority and the Gettysburg
Municipal Authority, to provide for the replacement of the stream channel wall
associated with the Sanitary Sewer Interceptor Replacement Project, located
along Bream Alley in the Borough of Gettysburg.
