Council Workshop/Finance & Personnel Committee – Mr. Roland
1. Consideration of a motion to rescind the February 22, 2023 bid award for Water Borne
Traffic Paint from low bidder One Nation Industrial due to inability to provide a
performance bond; and to award the bid to the second low bidder, Ennis-Flint, Inc.
Water Resources – Mr. Reichart
1. Consideration of a motion to approve the grant agreement with the PA Fish and Boat
Commission for a boat launch ramp and expansion of parking area with a $50,000 cash
match for the 2024 budget.
2. Consideration of a motion to approve the bid award to lowest qualified bidder, Bobcat of
Adams County, 370 Church Street, Hanover, PA for a remote-controlled tracked slope
mower in the amount of $62,950.00.
Planning Commission – Mr. Hegberg
1. Consideration of a motion approving Resolution No.1369 for the approval of the
Preliminary/Final Land Development Plan for Tractor Supply, 230 Wilson Avenue,
Hanover, PA.
2. Consideration of a motion approving Resolution No. 1370 for the approval of the
Final Reverse Subdivision and Land Development Plan for 310 Juniper Lane.
Public Safety Committee – Mr. Lockard
1. Consideration of a motion approving Ordinance No. 2341 for regulating the placement of
refuse dumpsters or portable storage units.
Public Works and Facilities Committee – Mr. Kress
1. Consideration of a motion approving the sale of surplus equipment in the amount of
$69,082.00 from the Municibid Online Auction, as authorized by Resolution No. 1367
approved by Hanover Borough Council April 26, 2023.
Enhancement Committee – Mr. Hegberg
1. Consideration of a motion to approve the grant submittal through Explore York for
seventeen (17) to twenty (20) additional downtown storyboards utilizing the Borough of
Hanover as grant agent at no cost to the Borough.

Library Work Group – Mr. Hegberg
1. Consideration of a motion that the Borough undertake the following actions with respect
to the Library:
a. Adopt the findings and recommendations of Council’s Library Working
Group as reviewed by the Borough’s legal counsel and Administration;
and
b. Empower the Borough Manager to effectuate the findings and
recommendations of Council’s Library Working Group with respect to
the future operations of the Library.
