for public inspection from December 1, 2023 to December 8, 2023.
4. Consideration of a motion to approve the advertisement of an ordinance for the annual
allocation to Main Street Hanover in the amount of $40,000.
Public Safety Committee – Dr. Rupp
1. Consideration of a motion to approve the distribution of the Rental Registration and
Inspection Survey to Hanover Borough citizens with no postal mailing costs.
Water Resources – Mr. Greenholt
1. Consideration of a motion to approve Resolution No. 1387 to accept the Rules, Regulations
and Specifications for the water system owned by The Borough of Hanover.
Planning Commission – Mr. Hegberg
1. Consideration of a motion to approve Resolution No. 1388 for approval of the
Preliminary/Final Subdivision Plan for 440 and 442 McKinley Avenue.
2. Consideration of a motion to accept the offer of JA Myers Building & Development/Royal
Building, Inc. to grant the Borough an extension of time until March 27, 2024, for
consideration of approval of the Cherry Tree Preliminary Land Development Plan, in
accordance with Section 508 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.
Stormwater Authority – Mr. Reichart
1. Consideration of a motion to advertise an Ordinance entitled, AN ORDINANCE OF THE
BOROUGH OF HANOVER, YORK COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA, TO APPROVE THE
PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF THE
BOROUGH OF HANOVER STORMWATER AUTHORITY ENABLING THE AUTHORITY TO
ALSO ENGAGE IN CERTAIN BIOMASS FACILITIES PROJECTS for consideration at
Borough Council’s December 27, 2023 meeting.
