Corporation (HEDC) contingent upon review by Borough Solicitor
o. Approve Resolution No.1400 authorizing a post-settlement occupancy agreement for

Escrow Law in The Borough of Hanover.
2. Consideration of a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2362 to enact a parking restriction
in the alley adjacent 309 West Hanover Street from West Hanover Street to the first alley
north of and parallel to West Hanover Street.
