2. Consideration of a motion approving the Hanover Area YMCA Children’s Summer
Recreation Program Agreement.

1. Consideration of a motion approving Resolution No. 1364 amending the Rules of Public
Meetings.
2. Consideration of a motion approving the Taxable and Non-Taxable Fringe Benefits
Policy as per the Internal Revenue Code.
Water Resources – Mr. Reichart
1. Consideration of a motion accepting the offer of dedication of the water system and
related appurtenances for the Brookside residential development, conditioned on
satisfactory completion of items as outlined in the March 10, 2023 supporting memo
from the Director of Planning & Engineering.
Planning Commission – Mr. Hegberg
1. Consideration of a motion approving Resolution No. 1365, related to the Preliminary
/Final Subdivision Plan for RH Sheppard Company, Inc.
2. Consideration of a motion to authorize the Solicitor to file a Notice of Intervention in the
matter of Mark A. Kauffman and Tammy S. Gobrecht v. Hanover Borough Zoning
Hearing Board.
Public Safety Committee – Mr. Lockard
1. Consideration of a motion approving the advertisement of an ordinance to eliminate
(2 hour) parking on the north side of Chestnut Street near the intersection of
Railroad Street.

1. Consideration of a motion to approve the proposal and contract for survey and base map
preparation by Transportation Resource Group (TRG) and Hanover Land Services (HLS)

Enhancement (ARLE) Grant project.
Enhancement Committee – Mr. Hegberg
1. Consideration of a motion to set a two (2) year term for the Enhancement Committee
Citizen Advisors appointed January 25, 2023, until December 31, 2024.
