2. Consideration of a motion to approve Resolution No.1377 to ratify authorization of
payment of costs for an emergency repair of the generator at the Regional Wastewater
Treatment Plant and for costs for rental of an emergency generator repair until the
original generator can be repaired and returned to service (Sol. Shultis)
Water and Sewer Committee – Mr. Reichart
1. Consideration of a motion to grant the request for waivers of §310-15(A) and §310-
19(D)(6) of the Hanover Borough Stormwater Regulations, under §310 of the Hanover
Borough Code in relation to the Chick-fil-A, 340 Eisenhower Drive Stormwater
Management Plan, dated March 17, 2023, revised June 23, 2023 subject to the
following conditions:
a. Provision of narrative on where increased volume of stormwater travels and what is
the related impact thereof.
b. Addition of an impermeable liner to the bottom of each subsurface facility.
c. Provision of an increased maintenance schedule (beyond that of the original
manufacturer).
2. Consideration of a motion to approve the Chick-fil-A, 340 Eisenhower Drive Stormwater
Management Plan dated March 17, 2023, revised June 23, 2023 subject to conditions
set forth in RETTEW’s review letter dated July 10, 2023.
