Finance and Personnel Committee – Mr. Roland
1. Consideration of a motion to approve an extension of the stipend of $2,000 per month for the
Assistant Public Works Director for his supervision of the Water Meter and Inflow/Infiltration
Departments until December 31, 2022.
Governance & Policy Committee
1. Consideration of a motion to approve the list of positions authorized to take home Boroughowned vehicles.
Department of Planning and Engineering
1. Consideration of a motion to adopt Ordinance No. 2328 for the regulation of Abandoned or
Junked Vehicles.
Department of Water Resources
1. Consideration of a motion to authorize the initial investment of $2,053,872 for the Neptune
“Smart” Water Meter Project.
2. Consideration of a motion to ratify the emergency expenditure for a failed network switch at
the Water Filtration Plant in the amount of $28,000.
3. Consideration of a motion to approve the change order for the 2021 Water System
Improvement Project with EK Services in the amount of $5,803.33 to add the installation of
a 6″ gate valve on East Walnut Street.
Planning Commission
1. Consideration of a motion to receive the work of the Planning Commission in regard to the
proposed zoning ordinance amendment; and to approve the advertisement of the ordinance
with a public hearing and all other steps necessary to implement the zoning ordinance
amendment.
Public Safety Committee
1. Consideration of a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2329 to authorize no parking at the
following intersections:
a. Grant Drive – South side: Broadway west to first alley
b. E. Chestnut Street- East side: Railroad St south to Carlisle St
2. Consideration of a motion to approve the installation agreement for a Bicycle Repair Station
at Fat Bat Brewing Company, LLC on the north east corner of Bank Lane funded through a
York County Economic Alliance Bloom Grant.
