Hanover Borough – Conditional Use Hearing 3/23/2022

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of the Borough of Hanover,
York County, Pennsylvania will hold a public hearing on March 23, 2022 beginning at 6:00 p.m.
prevailing time at the Hanover Borough Municipal Building, 44 Frederick Street, Hanover,
Pennsylvania 17331 to consider an application filed by Lora Cecere Hypes, on behalf of 213
Primrose, LLC, for Conditional Use approval for Short-Term Rental pursuant to Section 140-
302. B. of the Zoning Ordinance of the Borough of Hanover (Ordinance No. 2310) at properties
located at 209 Primrose Lane and 213 Primrose Lane, Hanover Borough, York County,
Pennsylvania (Parcel Nos. 67000130156C000000 and 67000130156D000000) which said
properties are located in the Lower Density Residential [R-1] and Medium Density Residential
[R-5] Zoning Districts.
The Hanover Borough Council Meeting scheduled for 7:00 PM on March 23, 2022 will be held
following the Conditional Use hearing.
All interested parties are invited to comment.
